We ship the goods via Fedex / DHL/UPS. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE OVER $99. (If your shipping address is Alska or Hawaii, the shipping fee will be based on the standard FedEX shipping fee).

Ship out within 2-3 business days after received payment.

2. Items Out Of Stock

Ship out within 5-7 business days after received payment.

 

For all our Gaming Desk and Gaming Chair, we ship to US only from our US warehouse with FedEX/UPS.

For our Massage Gun, Doorway Pull up Bar and Book Stand, Laptop Stand, iPad Stand, we ship to all countries from our China warehouse with Yuntu/Yanwen.

For European and other countries and regions:

Standard shipping: 18-22 workdays

Express shipping:8-12 workdays

 

For all of the other products (except Massage Gun, Doorway Pull up Bar and Book Stand, Laptop Stand, iPad Stand, Gaming Desk and Gaming Chair), we ship to all European countries (except England) from Poland warehouse with DHL/GLS.

For Germany & Poland: Standard shipping: 10-14 working days

Express shipping: 3-5 working days

For other European countries: 10-14 working days

  3. Due to buyer’s own reasons to cancel the order halfway, or return the goods, this part of the cost will be borne by the buyer.

 

Helpful Hint:

  1. Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday(Mon. - Fri.) to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.
  1. The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.
