How does the return policy work?

If you don't like the monitor arms product, you can easily return it within 30 days (start from the date you receive the good). Please email us at service@spassway.com the return request with: 1.Reason for your return; 2.Possibly photos or videos; 3.Your order number; 4.Return address. We'll respond to you ASAP.

Will I get full refund if I cancel my order?

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at service@spassway.com if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

How long is the warranty period of the products?

All monitor mounts include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.

Does your company offer free shipping?

We ship the goods via Fedex/DHL/UPS. Free shipping worldwide over $99. (If your shipping address is Alska or Hawaii, the shipping fee will be based on the standard FedEX shipping fee).
